This transformative renovation project reimagined a classic home’s interior and exterior, blending functional upgrades with aesthetic enhancements to create a bright and modern living space. Addressing the challenge of size and structural restraints was key, particularly in enhancing the lighting, as the home previously felt dark and dingy. Brightness became a significant component of the redesign, ensuring a welcoming and vibrant living environment. The kitchen, a central feature of the renovation, was redesigned to mirror the efficient workflow of the client’s previous home. By opening the space to connect seamlessly with the family room, and extending cabinets to the ceiling, the kitchen gained a sense of openness and increased storage.
